Festival amid lavender fields - PARIZI, Istria

After succesfull first Festival amid lavender fields in 2009, the brave inhabitants of village Pariži near Pazin, prepared their pitoresque village for another edition of this unique festival. This year's festival is one weekend longer: starting on Saturday the 3rd of June, and ending on Sunday the 1st of August! There are many interesting things waiting for You in Pariži this year:
* wide offer of localy pruduced lavender oil and other lavender products
* lavender oil massage and aroma therapy
* lavender and other medicinal herbs delicacies tasting
* walks, horse- and carriage-rides through lavender fields
* TRACTOR TOUR with harvesting of lavender
* HERBAL WALKING TOUR - with known istrian herbalist - Franko Zgrablić - Frenki
* children workshops (saturdays at 18.00)
* istrian music: accordion, 'roženice' and 'sopile' traditional woodwind instruments
* Istrian dances and folk songs
* Istrian souvenirs
* barbecue
