25.10.2009. 12:00 - 23:00Hum

9th Review of Istrian GrappaYou can taste hundreds types of brandy in Hum - the smallest town in the world. The most popular types of grape-brandy are rue and mistletoe brandy, but there are numerous other sorts as well: with honey, St. John's wort, sour cherries, mint, walnuts…

Besides being famous as the smallest town in the world, Hum also promotes itself as the Town of Biska - homemade brandy which is prepared from grape brandy, white mistletoe and four types of herbs.
