There are a handful of men who have the title of Godfather of House. While many have legitimate claims to the title because of seniority and being there at the beginning, one stands out from the crowd as being the one that defined House music, and indeed dance music as we know it today. His name is Marshall Jefferson. In 1986 he played piano on a House record for the first time ever. The idea was so innovative that record companies told him that it wasn't even house music. That record was the platinum House Music Anthem, and today you rarely hear a house record without piano.

57th Film Festival in Pula will held from 17th to 24th July, a national program, and from 10th to 24th of July the international program. In the 15 days of Festival, viewers will be able to enjoy screenings of new Croatian and world's best films on the Kastel, in Cinema Valli and the Arena.

With "Four Free" anything can happen. These musicians are so completely at home in the world of spontaneity, that they may shift gears and change roads without warning and end up in another musical universe before the piece finds it's end. The wild electric sounds of Adrien Dennefeld's guitar, Chris Jarrett's expressive compositions and piano improvisations, Jérôme Fohrer's playfully jazzy bass, and the inimitable rhythms of Pascal Gully make for a charged and powerful music, with a truly unique sound and lot's of humor.
