Zasopimo na organić

Sunday, 16.5.2010.Gračišće

Zasopimo na organićPlayers of the 'organić', 'organeto', 'organ' or simply - harmonica - traditionally meet in Gračišće at the annual gathering, whose founder was Renato Pernić, the renowned Istrian scholar of traditional music.

Apart from numerous soloists, musicians are also accompanied by traditional instruments such as double bass, diatonic accordion and 'bombardina'. Numerous young musicians and the school of harmonica in Gračišće prove that this event is much more than just preserving something that is forgotten and belongs to the past.

To make this event as interesting and colorful as possible, various cultural clubs from Istria participate in the program with traditional Istrian dances and 'kanti' (songs).
