In case you need to cancel your reservation please do so according to the cancellation policy.
It is necessary to cancel the reservation latest 2 days before the date of your arrival, until 14:00 hour. In case you don’t cancel your reservation on time hotel is charging penalty of amount of the first night per room. In case of no show, full amount will be charged.
