New Years Eve - 15 days prior of arrival no cancellation fee
24 h prior of arrival in hotel in “low season” periods there is no cancellation fee
Cancellation fee:
In high season periods (Summer: 21.June-23.September, Christmas, Easter, Windays, Festo)
- 7 days - 2 days prior of arrival, hotel has the right to charge cxl fee up to 50% cost of total reservation
- 2 days prior of arrival or less (or no show), hotel has the right to charge the full cost (100 %) of total reservation
-14 days prior of arrival or less for New Years, hotel has the right to charge the full cost (100%) of total reservation
In low season periods
- 24 h or less prior of arrival (or no show), hotel has the right to charge the full cost (100%) of total reservation
