This beautiful semi-detached villa is located in a tranquil setting, about 2 km from Opatija, which abounds in restaurants, shops and cafes and is also located near the Nature Park Učka. Living area of the Villa (196 m2 terrace and balcony areas 106m2) consists of basement, ground floor and first floor. Villa has its own spacious garden which is dominated by the large swimming pool (32 m2) with outdoor shower, sunbathing area and rest, covered gazebo with barbecue. Villa has an alarm and video surveillance, and is located in tranquil setting near the beautiful Opatija. Exept from outdoor pool with heated water, news is table tennis, table football and billiards.
Guests can use wireless Internet (WLAN) which is included in the price. Guests can also freely use tennis court, hydro pool and sauna (the period from 1.6-1.10.2012. not available).
