Über die Bedeutung von Wein und anderer autochthoner istrischer landwirtschaftlicher Produkte, wie Branntwein, Olivenöl, Honig, Käse und Schinken, gibt die größte Ausstellung dieser Erzeugnisse Auskunft, die – Vinistra. Die Ausstellung wird am 29. April eröffnet, und vier Tage sind voller Trubel, weil die Vinistra nicht nur eine Ausstellung einheimischer Erzeugnisse, vor allem von Wein ist, sondern es finden auch Verkostungen, Präsentationen, themenbezogene Treffen statt. Diese großartige Veranstaltung, der es gelingt, in wenigen Tagen eine Rekordzahl von Weinausstellern an einen Platz zu locken, ist für die Weiter- und Bewusstseinsbildung über Weine und Tischkultur ein unverzichtbarer Ort und wurde dadurch zur größten Ausstellung dieser Art in Kroatien. Die Zahl der Aussteller aus ganz Kroatien und aus dem Ausland bestätigt ihren, stets wachsenden Status.

The event has been launched 4 years ago by the youth of Pagubica and Radio Istria, with the aim of encouraging young inhabitants of Istria to care and foster traditional values of Istra ( Istria ).
