XII EUROPEAN AND MEDITERRANEAN INDOOR ARCHERY CHAMPIONSHIPS will be held in Poreč on 16th – 21st March 2010.
This event will be organized following the FITA & EMAU rules for the Indoor Championships, in both divisions: recurve and compound for seniors and juniors.

Das vorrangige Ziel des ITF-Satelliten-Tennis-Turniers 'Istarska rivijera' ist es, jungen Tennisspielern, insbesondere den kroatischen, die Gelegenheit zu bieten, erste professionelle Erfahrungen zu sammeln und die ersten Punkte auf dem ATP zu bekommen. Viele, später weltbekannt gewordene Tennisspieler, haben mit diesem Turnier in ihren Anfängen begonnen, unter anderem auch unser größter Tennisspieler aller Zeiten Goran Ivanišević. Weitere erwähnenswerte Spieler, die an diesem Turnier teilnahmen, sind Petar Korda sowie der größte Name – der berühmte Boris Becker.

The semi-final and the final of the Croatian national selection for the 2010 ESC will be held at the Crystal Hall of the Kvarner Hotel in Opatija on 5th and 6th March 2010.
16 songs selected through a public tender will be performed in the semi-final of Dora 2010. The top 8 songs from the semi-final, selected by televoting viewers, will compete in the final with the 8 songs resulting from an invitation to the authors of the most performed songs of 2008 according to the official report of Croatian Composers’ Society.

Traditional oriental & Balkan music & jazzy moods
JAZZBINA PULA
Aleksandar Petrov, Bachar Khalifov, Theodossi Spassov, Peter Herbert and Vasil Hadzimanov have one thing in common: a deep knowledge of the traditional music of their countries (respectively Macedonia, Lebanon, Bulgaria and Serbia). The four of them are also influenced by jazz, world music, contemporary music and electro-acoustic music. This new project created by Aleksandar Petrov invites us to an acoustic world in which written music and improvisations are mixed. The compositions of Aleksandar, Theodosii, Vasil and l3achar refer to their various influences: melodies from Balkans, harmony influenced by jazz, oriental and macedonian rhythms.
