Asparagus lovers don't miss the Days of Istrian Asparagus!
The scent of asparagus and the warmth of Istrian hospitality will pervade the restaurants of north-western Istria between March 23 and May 1.

From 20 to 23 March in the MM Center will be held Rovinj Spring Jazz. In addition to performance by Denis Razz-Up Close & Personal Quartet, Eric Alexander / Jim Rotondi Unit, and the trio Gino's Sitson VoCello, will be performing Lela Kaplowitz, which will promote the album "Little Boy with a Big Heart - The Music of Bosko Petrovic."

International professional cycling race

North-Western Istria's sports offer, rich in programmes and events, also features a recreational mountain bike race called "Oleum Olivarum Bike" scheduled for Sunday, 11 March.

From the 7th to 9th March in Opatija are held, days of anti-fascism, with an evening of film, theater and a panel discussion which will be attended by prominent Croatian intellectuals and president of Croatia, mr Ivo Josipovic. Organizers: Association of anti-fascist veterans and anti-fascists of Opatija and Liburnia and Gymnasium "Eugen Kumičić" Opatija.

Istrian tour Opera Night by soloists (soprano and tenor) Goranka and Marin Tuhtan, : Buje 7th of March, Porec March 22nd, and Rovinj 12th of April. Buje to its citizens donate the concert.
