LIVE REAL TRIBUTE! RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS ( Belgrad )

The exhibition of the academic painter Marijan Pongrac, professor at the Academy of Applied Arts in Rijeka. It is a cycle of paintings that were created at the entrance of the new 21st century and new millennium.
About the author and his creative work will talk Berislav Valušek, art historian from Rijeka.

This year’s 4th edition of Crofish International Exposition of Fishing and Fishing Equipment in the Republic of Croatia will take place from May 8th to May 10th 2009, and it will be once again organised by the City of Umag and the County of Istria. The co-organisers of the event are as follows: Croatian Chamber of Commerce – Regional chamber of Commerce, Craftsmen Chamber of the County of Istria, Tourist Association of the City of Umag, Istrian Agency of Development, Collective Union of the Istrian Region and the Agency for Rural Development of Istria, along with the partners of the event, i.e. the Ancona Expo. The event will be held under the patronage of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fishing and Rural Development.

Rich cultural and historic heritage of Istria combined with rich tradition of visual art in Rovinj marked by Grisia, Rovinj's Art Colony for over half a century, publications of the Heritage Museum, and numerous private galleries have all produced yet another cultural manifestation – ARTEXCHANGE – the first Istrian Art Fair.

Two musicians will present themselves as performers, as well as authors of the performed works . Vedran Vojnic often writes arrangements and adjusts the repertoire of instruments to play, and Elda Krajcar Percan opted for composing world, and we will have the opportunity to listen and their achievements.

International confectionery Cup: Golden kazun @ Freedom square, Umag, Istria
On the city's central square, the Association of Istrian County chefs will prepare cake 120 meters long. All funds raised will make a donation for humanitarian purposes.

ARCHERY WORLD CUP will be held in Poreč, Istra ( Istria ) – Croatia, May 4th till 9th 2009. Preliminary competitions will be held at the Green Lagoon, and the finals on the city seafront.

10:00 gathering on the parking lot behind the Memorial Hall,
10:30 Walk through the Old town to the hotel terrace of Lovac, then by pedestrian path through the Pazin Cave and Valley of mills to the Dusani,
12:00 rest and refreshment,
14:00 Lunch at the farm household in Dusani,
18:00 return to Pazin.
